Hall Rental Information

Our Hall is available for rental. You may check hall availability in the calendar below. If you have any questions, please contact Mary Lou Mueller, 262.284.5343 or  mueller.marylou@gmail.com

STEP ONE
Please download the hall rental contract, fill out, sign, and save to your device.

 

STEP TWO
Read the Hall Rental Terms and Guidelines. You may download a copy for your records. Acknowledge you have read and agree to the terms and guidelines on the hall rental contract form and on the below hall rental inquiry form.

STEP THREE - TWO CHOICES - PLEASE READ
CHOICE 1: COMPLETE RESERVATION ON OUR WEBSITE & PAY for the security deposit + the Hourly Standard Rates WITH CREDIT CARD. (Up to Two hours total is $250 and up to six hours is $350) .

Next, proceed to fill out the rental inquiry form below. You will be asked to upload the signed hall rental contract to the inquiry form. 

While paying online with credit card is convenient, we encourage you to pay by check so we can avoid the transaction fees we will be charged by Square and Wix [(2.9% +$0 .30 (Square)]+ [$6.00 (Wix)].

CHOICE 2: FILL OUT THE PAPER HALL RENTAL CONTRACT AND MAIL IN/DROP OFF YOUR check (for the security deposit + the standard hourly rates fee) TO THE LEGION. (Up to Two hours total is $250 and up to six hours is $350) .

Next, proceed to fill out your completed and signed hall rental contract. Make your check payable and mail to:

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ

Reservations will not be considered confirmed until you receive a confirmation email directly from Mary Lou Mueller and the event date is posted on the Post's Hall Rental Calendar. Please also note that your reservation will not be complete/nor guaranteed until payment of security deposit is received. To ensure your reservation, please either pay in person or pay online (CHOICE ONE).

Linens

The hall can provide table linens for your hall rental at a cost of $2.50 per table. This includes one 62" linen tablecloth and four cloth napkins.

I hereby certify I have read all the hall rental terms, conditions, and guidelines, here within this contract as well as the terms and guidelines document as provided by the Van Ells-Schanen American Legion Post 82 and agree to all with no changes.

HALL RENTAL PAYMENT

Please only choose one of the three following options. The security deposit is included in the choices below.

HALL RENTAL RATES

Security Deposit

 All individuals, organizations, or businesses are required to submit a security deposit. The security deposit is due upon confirmation of rental date, along with a signed rental agreement. The hall must be cleaned to pre-event conditions before the security deposit will be returned. Post 82 retains the right to return only a portion of the deposit if additional cleaning is needed after the event.
